It’s Easier Than You Think
We’ve designed an art easel program for the purpose of fundraising for registered charitable foundations. There is absolutely no cost to the foundation or host locations where the easels are displayed.
In a host’s dedicated space, a piece of art is put up for bids. Customers interested in owning the art submit bid amounts by depositing the completed bid slip in the box attached to the easel, or by scanning the QR code.
The Artworks Co. takes care of every detail from there. We supply the artwork, signage, and a smart easel on which to display our pieces. We contact the bidders and manage both the purchase and delivery details. Any other associated efforts or costs are our responsibility, including damage or theft.
How It Works

We Set Up Everything
All that’s required from you is a four square foot floor space. We bring our professional easel, artwork, signage, bid box, and QR code system. Setup takes just minutes.

Customers Discover & Bid
Visitors to your location discover beautiful artwork and place bids using the bid slip or by scanning the convenient QR code. Each piece is on display for approximately two weeks.
We Handle the Rest
When bidding closes, we contact the winning bidder, arrange payment, and coordinate delivery. 75% of proceeds go directly to the featured charity.
Fresh Art Every 2 Weeks
We rotate new artwork into your location every two to three weeks, keeping the display fresh and giving customers new opportunities to bid and support local charities.
